MinimaLog ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).
- Workout Data: Information about your workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and personal records.
- Profile Information: Optional information such as profile picture, username, bio, and weight unit preferences.
- User-Generated Content: Posts, comments, and other content you create within the app.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: App features used, workout completion times, and app interactions.
- Network Information: Connection status for offline/online sync features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for:
- Providing and maintaining the app's core functionality
- Syncing your workout data across devices
- Generating workout statistics and progress tracking
- Personalizing your experience with custom templates and recommendations
- Processing in-app purchases and subscription management
- Sending important notifications about your workouts and progress
- Improving app performance and fixing bugs
- Complying with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Where Your Data is Stored
- Cloud Storage: Your workout data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Local Storage: The app stores encrypted data locally on your device for offline functionality.
- Images: Exercise images and profile pictures are stored using secure cloud storage.
3.2 Security Measures
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/SSL encryption
- Sensitive data is encrypted using AES-GCM encryption
- Authentication tokens are securely stored and encrypted
- Row-level security policies protect your data from unauthorized access
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
- Supabase: Database and authentication services
- RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing
- Google AI (Gemini): Optional AI-powered workout tips (only if you use this feature)
4.2 Social Features
- Posts you create may be visible to other users (if you choose to share them)
- Your profile information may be visible to users who follow you
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or to:
- Comply with legal processes or government requests
- Protect our rights, property, or safety
- Prevent fraud or security issues
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Control
You have the right to:
- Access: View all your personal data within the app
- Update: Edit your profile and workout data at any time
- Delete: Delete individual workouts, posts, or your entire account
- Export: Download your workout data (coming soon)
5.2 Account Deletion
To delete your account:
- Open the app and go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Note: Account deletion is permanent and will delete all your workout data, posts, and profile information.
6. Children's Privacy
MinimaLog is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country. By using the app, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.

- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Sending you a notification (for material changes)
11. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

- Opt-out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data)
