Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MinimaLog mobile application (the "Service") operated by MinimaLog ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MinimaLog is a workout tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and track workouts, exercises, sets, and reps
• Create and use workout templates
• Track personal records and progress
• Share workout posts with other users (optional)
• Access AI-powered workout tips (optional premium feature)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscription

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, or yearly
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

4.2 Free Trial

• Some subscription plans may offer a free trial period
• You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel
• Free trials are available once per user

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's refund policies
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the app (workout data, posts, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content
• Sync your content across your devices
• Display public posts to other users

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or advertising
• Impersonates others or is misleading
• Contains malware or viruses

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MinimaLog and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

MinimaLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues
• Any errors or omissions in content

9. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MinimaLog is a workout tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program
• We are not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from workouts
• AI-generated workout tips are for informational purposes only
• Listen to your body and stop if you experience pain or discomfort

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you a notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
